P.u.c.c.i Dress - Part II

Dieses Projekt könnte unter dem Motto laufen "mühsam-ernährt-sich-das-Eichhörnchen" ;-)
So sieht es momentan aus - mein Pucci-Kleid:

This is a project with slow progress .. but i'm getting closer to the target in tiny tiny steps ;-) This is how it looks at the moment - my Pucci dress:

Einhalten der Borte am Ärmelsaum / Matching the border at the sleeve seam:

Here is a detail view of the invisible zipper at the center back ... quite a challenge ... and matching the print didn't made it easier.....

Was noch zu tun ist:
  • Abnäher am Rücken hinzufügen
  • Das Futter zuschneiden und nähen
  • Das Futter einnähen
  • Die Säume per Hand nähen

What's left to do:
  • Adding darts at the back
  • Cutting and sewing the linning
  • Attaching the linning to the dress
  • Handstitching the seams

I am in awe of your print-matching skills and patience! Did you use hand-basting to get everything right?

Vielen Dank, ihr Lieben!

Thank you, Trena! No, i didn't use handbasting, just tons of pin cushions and a lot of time ;-)
